How to book the car?

How to pay for the rental?
  • the rental is prepaid (at the time when the car is taken)
  • by cash or credit card (MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron, American Express)
  • it is possible to pay with the credit card at any place
Is it possible to pay by cash or in a foreign currency?
  • we accept a payment in cash, also in a foreign currency (by an actual exchange rate)
  • the deposit can be paid in cash only with leaser's approval
What is the final rental price?
  • all charges are actually updated in our price list
  • it is easy to calculate the whole payment (daily cost x days + payment for the car addition)
  • the final price calculation is sent together with the reservation
  • there are no other unknown payments
What does the rental price include?
  • car rental for the term agreed in contract
  • assistance service
  • car insurance (in Slovakia and also in foreign countries/abroad)
  • regular car maintenance
  • highway ticket
  • winter tires (in winter)
What is the car deposit?
  • deposit is the price which is paid when the car is taken and is automatically given back when the car is given off
  • the most common way of paying deposit is to block the adequate sum from the credit card (during the rental term it is not possible to use this money in a different way)
  • deposits are related to the car categories:
    • A category- 1.000,00 €
    • B category- 1.000,00 €
    • C category- 1.000,00 €
    • E category- 2.000,00 €
    • K category- 3.000,00 €
    • G category- 3.000,00 €
    • I category- 2.000,00 €
What is the car tank status in the beginning of the rental like?
  • the car is given always with the full tank and it has to be given back also with the full tank
  • the fuel used during the rental is paid by the renter
What is the technical status of the car like?
  • we ensure the regular technical maintenance of the car in authorised service

What about winter tires?
  • we use winter tires during the whole winter season
How can i pick up the car?
  • right in the seat of the rental company
  • or at the place added by you
  • the giving off is made in the same way
Are there any cars with self changing gear box?
  • all cars with the self changing gear box can be seen in the section Carpark, and they are marked with AT shortcut
Is it possible to use the car abroad?
  • it is necessary to fill in the selected countries which you would like to visit (it has to be written in the contract)
  • to visit the country which is not marked in the contract is considered as a contract infraction
Is it possible to pick up the car at the airpot?
  • if you wish so, our employer will wait for you in the arrival hall at the designated airport with an visible banner with your name on it
  • also in case of the arrival delay our employer will wait for you
Are the cars insured?
  • every car has insurance valid in the whole Europe
Minimal participation for presonal car is 82,95 € (2.500 SKK)
  • if the damage is up to 1.659,70 € (50.000 SKK), the participation paid by the renter is 82,98 € (2.500 SKK)
  • if the damage is over 1.659,70 € (50.000 SKK), the participation is 5% of the whole reparation costs
  • if there is a total damage, the participation is 5% of the supplied cost of the car
If the car is stolen, the participation is 10% of the supplied cost of the car If the car is willfully damaged (caused by alcohol, or other drugs), the renter have to pay the whole price for the car (but the point 3.8 is still valid) The participation can be changed in case if the insurance contract was changed, and this is acknowledged and agreed by the renter

Minimal paicipation for van, SUV, minibus is 165,97 € (5.000 €)
  • if the damage is up to 1.659,70 € (50.000 SKK), the participation is 165,97 € (5.000 SKK)
  • if the damage is over 1.659,70 € (50.000 SKK), the participation is 5% of the whole reparation costs
  • if there is a total damage, the participation is 5% of the supplier cost of the car

What to do when accident happens?
  • it is necessary to call the police and make a written note
  • also contact a person from our company
How many kilometres are involved in the rental price?
  • in our price list there are rental prices devided into two groups (limited kilometres and free kilometres)
  • limited kilometres included 100 km per day, if the limit is exceed you have to pay another sum (written in price list)
Is it possible to give off the car out of Bratislava?
  • if the car is given back at any place (not Bratislava), this service is paid (according to a distance from our office)
  • this sum can be written before
What if i obtain a fine?
  • the fine have to be paid by the renter
  • if it is not so, and we obtain a police appeal to pay the fine, we will require the whole cost from the person whose name stays in contract during the time when the fault is done
